• Once a course or subscription has been purchased, cancellations are not permitted as access to digital content is granted instantly.
• Refunds will not be provided for partially completed or unused courses.
• Exceptions may be made only in cases of technical errors (e.g., duplicate payment).

2. Digital Study Materials (E-books, PDFs, Downloads)

• Digital products are delivered immediately after purchase.
• Hence, no cancellations or refunds are allowed once the download/access link has been provided.

3. Physical Study Materials (Printed Books, Kits, Guides)

• Orders can be cancelled before dispatch by contacting our support team.
• Once shipped, cancellations are not allowed.
• Refunds/replacements are eligible only if:
  • The item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
  • A request is raised within 7 days of delivery, supported with proof (photos/videos).
