• All fees for courses and study materials must be paid in full before access or delivery is granted.
• We use secure third-party payment gateways. AuroGurukul does not store your card details.
• Prices are subject to change without prior notice, but confirmed purchases will not be affected.

4. User Responsibilities

By using our services, you agree to:

• Use content and study material strictly for personal educational purposes.
• Not reproduce, distribute, or resell our content without permission.
• Not share your login credentials with others.
• Not engage in any unlawful, abusive, or fraudulent activity on the platform.

5. Intellectual Property

• Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.

6. Cancellation & Refunds

• Course subscriptions and digital downloads are non-refundable once accessed.
• Physical study materials may be refunded or replaced only if defective/damaged (see our Cancellation & Refund Policy).

7. Shipping

Physical materials will be delivered through our courier partners. Delivery timelines and conditions are explained in our Shipping Policy.

8. Limitation of Liability

• AuroGurukul strives to provide accurate and high-quality content.
• We are not responsible for academic outcomes or performance results.
• We are not liable for delays, technical issues, or third-party service interruptions.

9. Termination of Services

• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate our policies.
• Users may request account deletion at any time by contacting support.

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Puducherry.

11. Disclaimer and Code of Conduct

A. Prevention of Sexual Harassment

AuroGurukul is committed to creating and maintaining a learning environment free from sexual harassment. Sexual harassment is defined as any unwelcome sexual advance, request for sexual favors, or other verbal or physical conduct of a sexual nature that creates an intimidating, hostile, or offensive learning environment.

Students who experience or witness such behavior are encouraged to report it to the Internal Complaints Committee (ICC) at +91 7530017093 (or) 0413-2644112.

Confidentiality will be maintained to the greatest extent possible throughout the investigation process and after. Resources are available to students who have experienced sexual harassment, including counseling services and support groups.

B. Important Information for Students and Guardians

Before taking admission each candidate, his / her parents & legal guardians are required to go through the Aurogurukul prospectus, brochure / enrolment form and website thoroughly.

Aurogurukul admits students as per its capacity plans (subject to unforeseen circumstances & usual organizational risks). Therefore, each student taking admission has to pay a complete fee under all circumstances i.e. even if he / she discontinues for any reason whatsoever or parents / guardians be transferred. Not all students who sit in our admission test are offered admission therefore you & parents have to be very sure before taking admission as you have to pay a complete fee under all circumstances. The admissions are closed as soon as the seats are filled. Since the seats are limited, there are several students who are denied admission. In the event of a vacancy created in between the duration of the course, the seat thus vacated remains vacant and cannot be filled and as such committed resources of the Company go waste. With this premise, the fees once paid for such courses are non refundable. Since Aurogurukul has to source infrastructure, faculty etc. in advance, loss of fees of students leaving after taking admission will compel the institute to enhance fees for next batch of students which is unfair to them. Therefore, students / parents must clearly understand this important aspect and take admission only if they are fully satisfied.

12. Student Responsibilities and Institutional Policies

Each student takes admission with full knowledge of the following terms & conditions:

• Any change of address should be notified to the office administration without delay.
• Student must be in possession of AuroGurukul Identity Card while coming for classes and must produce the same for scrutiny by the AuroGurukul staff, before entry. Identity cards lost or misplaced will be replaced with a duplicate Identity Card on depositing a passport size photograph and Rs. 100/-.
• In case of any change in the GST fixed by the Government of India, the student shall bear the additional tax from the date of notification by the Government of India. (GST is exempted on the study materials fees collected).
• The student is responsible to see for himself / herself whether he / she is eligible for a certain examination / course or not . AuroGurukul would not be held responsible if the student’s admission form is not forwarded or is rejected on any ground.
• AuroGurukul reserves the right to use the photographs and/ or testimonial letter of the student in any promotional / publicity material of the institute.
• AuroGurukul reserves the right to change or alter the classroom program, fee or rules and regulations without any prior notice to anybody. The management's decision shall be final and binding on the student and parents.
• AuroGurukul will not be held responsible for any offence committed by the student, within or outside the premises of AuroGurukul.
• The faculties can be replaced in the best interest of students any time during the pendency of the course without giving any notice. No claim for refund of fees from students will be entertained arising due to change of faculty.
• TAuroGurukul shall be responsible for the timely completion of the course provided the candidates undertake to make the timely payment of coaching fees as per the given schedule.
• Any refund matters after admission shall be entertained as per the institute refund policy only.

13. Student Declaration and Legal Agreement

• I / We, hereby declare that the information provided in this form is true to the best of my knowledge and belief.
• I am taking admission in Aurogurukul with the consent of my Father/Mother/Legal Guardian and after being satisfied in all respects.
• I understand that after depositing the fees, if I become disinterested in Aurogurukul due to any reason whatsoever and want to take my money back, Aurogurukul will not refund the money deposited towards GST / Admission fee / Infrastructure fee. The said deposited fees will not be adjusted against any other course.
• It is understood that this admission is valid only for the course and the duration to which I am taking admission and I/We (the student and the parents) shall not claim/request for adjusting the fees to any other course or duration.
• In the event of any dispute regarding the interpretation of clauses of enrolment form of any claim etc. arising out of taking the admission in Aurogurukul, the matter shall be referred to the Sole Arbitrator appointed by the Management of Aurogurukul. The decision of the arbitrator shall be final & binding on both parties. The arbitrator so appointed shall not be incapacitated for reasons of their being the employee or associate of Aurogurukul or its sister concern, and for reasons of having any prior linkage with the company. The venue of Arbitration shall be Puducherry / Puducherry only.
• I / We (the student and the father/mother/legal guardian) understand that in case of any legal dispute, the jurisdiction will be an appropriate court / forum in Puducherry / Puducherry only and I / We shall not take recourse to such an action in any other court/forum anywhere else. In case I do, I / We shall inform the relevant court/forum regarding this jurisdiction constraint.
• I / We have fully satisfied ourselves with regards to quality and excellence of teaching at Aurogurukul from all available information/sources and have decided to study only at Aurogurukul. I / We wish to pay the entire fees out of our own free will and convenience without any pressure/coercion from any one.
• I / We have read the above as well as the current Aurogurukul Brochure carefully and have understood it clearly. I/We have also received a copy of the above and AuroGurukul Brochure for my future reference and timely compliance.
• I / We, the parent/guardian and/or the student, hereby severally and jointly declare unambiguously that I / We have read and understood all the clauses contained in the Declaration and agree to abide by them without any reservation or ambiguity.
• I / We further declare that the above named student is taking admission in one or more of the programs of AuroGurukul having considered everything material, on his own free will after giving due consideration to rigors of time, distance and studies ahead and with the permission of the father/ mother / legal guardian without any coercion from any side. Further I / We understand that the student is required to work hard to attain the average standard of the batch allotted in order to cope up with studies and put in extra efforts if lagging behind in any subject / topic.
• I / We further undertake to ensure that cheques/drafts including post dated cheques if any given by us will be honored by our bankers. In the event of these cheques/drafts being dishonored, Aurogurukul is at liberty to initiate any action against us including legal proceedings to include invoking provisions of section 138 of Negotiable Instruments Act.
• I / We have read the prospectus & brochure carefully and have understood it clearly. I / We have kept a photocopy of all the pages of this enrollment form including this declaration for my future reference and compliance.
